摘要
大数据时代的到来,对高职院校财经类专业建设和人才培养提出新要求的同时,也对专业教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求。教师教学能力是高职院校培养高素质技术技能人才的重要保障,其构成内涵是随着时代发展和教育改革而不断发展变化的。文章对高职院校专业教师教学能力的内涵进行分析,探讨大数据时代高职院校财经类专业教师教学能力的构成要素,为高职院校财经类专业建设高质量教师队伍提供参考。
With the advent of the era of big data,new requirements are put forward for the construction and talent training of finance and economics majors in higher vocational colleges,as well as higher requirements for the teaching competency of professional teachers.Teachers'teaching competency is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality technical and skilled talents.Its connotation is constantly developing and changing with the development of the times and educational reform.This paper analyzes the connotation of teaching competency of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges,discusses the constituent elements of teaching competency of finance and economics professional teachers in higher vocational colleges in the era of big data,and provides reference for the construction of high-quality teachers in finance and economics in higher vocational colleges.
