摘要
在贫胶渣砾料碾压混凝土拌和设备的研发过程中,连续自落式滚筒搅拌机的倾斜角度、叶片角度及排布、转速等因素影响着混凝土的拌和质量和效率。为探究上述因素对连续自落式滚筒搅拌机的性能影响,本文运用EDEM离散元软件仿真模拟贫胶渣砾料碾压混凝土的拌和过程,通过对不同倾斜角度和叶片角度下的结果进行对比分析,最终选择了一种最优设计方案。本研究为连续自落式滚筒搅拌机的优化设计提供了理论依据和设计思路。
In order to explore influence of factors such as inclination angle, blade angle and arrangement of continuous self-falling drum mixer, and rotation speed on the performance of continuous self-falling drum mixer, the EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate the mixing process of lean cemented and gravel roller compacted concrete. Through comparison and analysis of results under different inclination angles and blade angles, an optimal design was selected. This research provides theoretical basis and design ideas for the optimal design of continuous self-falling drum mixer.
