摘要
通过搭建燃烧残炭的循环流化床(简称CFB)中试平台,完成了残炭燃烧试验,获得了高效燃烧残炭工艺路线,据此研发了残炭直燃的130 t/h CFB残炭锅炉并实现了商业运行。运行结果表明残炭炉结构设计合理、运行稳定,对我国煤气化工业的发展具有一定的支撑作用。
By setting up a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)pilot test platform for burning carbon residue,the carbon residue combustion experiment was completed,and a high-efficiency carbon residue combustion process route was obtained.Based on this,a 130 t/h CFB boiler with direct combustion of carbon residue was developed and realized commercial opera⁃tion.The operation results show that the structure design of the boiler is reasonable and the operation is stable,which has certain support role for the development of China′s coal gasification industry.
