桥式凹板公路运输装备结构设计及受力分析

摘要 基于聚能发生器公路运输装备设计,为保证超长超宽超高超重运输设备装车方便及公路运输安全,运输车辆拟采用模块化前后组合式轴线平板拖车,运输装备设计为桥式凹板公路运输装备并搭载于平板拖车之上。对运输装备进行结构设计及关键传力部件进行受力分析,保证聚能发生器运输过程的平稳可靠。主要受力部件的关节轴承接触应力268.18 MPa、弯曲应力49.54 MPa;轴及轴套接触应力883.15 MPa,弯曲应力826.82 MPa。桥式凹板运输装备传力部件受力均小于材料许用应力,满足运输装备结构设计要求。 This subject is the design of road transportation equipment of polygenerator for a key engineering project.In order to ensure the convenient loading of the ultra-long,ultra-wide,ultra-high and overweight transportation equipment and the safety of road transportation,the transportation vehicle is proposed to use a modular front and rear combined axis flatbed trailer,and the transportation equipment is designed as bridge gravure road transportation equipment and mounted on the flatbed trailer.The structural design of the transport equipment and the force analysis of the key force transmitting components ensure the smooth and reliable transport of the polygenerator.The contact stress of the main stress-bearing parts is 268.18 MPa and the bending stress is 49.54 MPa;the contact stress of the shaft and bushings is 883.15 MPa and the bending stress is 826.82 MPa.The stresses on the transmission parts of the bridge gravure transport equipment are all less than the allowable stress of the material and meet the structural design requirements of the transport.
