摘要
目的:探究膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生应用经尿道电切术同期治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月广水市第二人民医院收治的96例膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生患者,通过计算机随机填表法分为试验组与对照组,各48例,给予对照组经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,试验组在对照组基础上采取经尿道前列腺增生电切术。对比膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生患者的临床相关指标、生命质量(QOL)评分、国际前列腺症状量表(IPSS)评分及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组手术时间、导尿管留置时间及膀胱冲洗时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术前QOL评分及IPSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,试验组QOL评分及IPSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生应用经尿道电切术同期治疗效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous treatment of bladder tumors with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral resection.Methods:A total of 96 patients with bladder tumors and benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to Guangshui Second People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by computer random filling method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given transurethral resection of bladder tumors,and the experimental group was given transurethral resection of prostate hyperplasia on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,quality of life(QOL)score,International Prostate Symptom Scale(IPSS)score and complications in patients of bladder tumors with benign prostatic hyperplasia were compared.Results:The operation time,catheter indwelling time and bladder irrigation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative QOL score and IPSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the QOL score and IPSS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of bladder tumors with benign prostatic hyperplasia has a significant effect as the simultaneous treatment.
