摘要
智慧水利是水利信息化发展的顶层设计,基于新疆水利事业发展现状,深刻总结当前新疆水利信息化存在问题,明确新疆智慧水利建设总体要求,对总体架构、主要任务和重点工程以及实施方法进行了探讨,为新疆水利事业发展、推进智慧水利建设提供借鉴。
Smart water conservancy is the top-level design of water conservancy informationization development. Based on the current development situation of water resources in Xinjiang and the analysis of water conservancy informationization,this paper summarizes the current development situation and existing problems of Xinjiang water conservancy informationization,makes clear the general requirements for the smart water conservancy construction in Xinjiang,discusses the overall structure,main tasks and key projects and implementation methods which provides reference for the development of Xinjiang water conservancy undertakings and the promotion of smart water conservancy construction.
