血清超氧化物歧化酶和缺血修饰白蛋白在脑梗死患者中的水平变化及临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)在脑梗死患者中的水平和临床运用价值。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月我院经诊断为脑梗死的患者共100例为观察组,健康体检受试者共100例为对照组,受试者在入院后采集静脉血检测SOD和IMA水平,采用神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)评分对患者的神经功能进行评估,评估观察组NIHSS≥7分和NIHSS<7分的SOD和IMA水平,采用Spearman分析NIHSS评分和SOD、IMA水平的相关性。结果:观察组血清SOD显著低于对照组,IMA水平显著高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于NIHSS<7分的患者,NIHSS≥7分的患者SOD水平显著更低,IMA水平显著更高(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析表示,血清SOD水平和NIHSS评分呈负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.05);血清IMA水平和NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.905,P<0.05)。预后较佳患者SOD水平显著升高,IMA水平显著降低,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者血清SOD水平和IMA水平与正常受试者水平具有明显差异,血清SOD水平与NIHSS评分呈现负相关,IMA水平与NIHSS评分呈现正相关,可能是脑梗死预后的影响因素。 Objective:To investigate the levels and clinical value of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and ischemia modified albumin(IMA)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction in a hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the observation group,and a total of 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The venous blood of subjects were collected after admission,the SPD and IMA levels were detected,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was used to evaluate the neurological function of the patients.The SOD and IMA levels of patients with NIHSS≥7 points and NIHSS<7 points in the observation group were evaluated,and Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between NIHSS score and SOD,IMA levels.Results:The serum SOD of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the level of IMA was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with patients with NIHSS<7 points,the SOD of patients with NIHSS≥7 points was significantly lower,and the IMA level was significantly higher(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum SOD and NIHSS scores were negatively correlated(r=-0.785,P<0.05).Serum IMA and NIHSS scores were positively correlated(r=0.905,P<0.05).In patients with better prognosis,the level of SOD was significantly increased,the level of IMA was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum SOD and IMA levels in patients with cerebral infarction are significantly different from those in normal subjects.Serum SOD levels are negatively correlated with NIHSS scores,and IMA levels are positively correlated with NIHSS scores,which may be the influencing factors for the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
