摘要
本文主要介绍冲压生产线换模动作实现相关问题。在西门子1500与组态王以及数据库的共同作用下,实现模具进行不同型号之间自由组合换模的功能。其中主要包含组态王与PLC通信、数据传输,组态王与数据库之间的数据交换、调取写入等。
The die changing action included in the stamping industry has been introduced in the text,the function of free combination die changing between different models has been realized under the joint action of Siemens 1500,Kingview and the database.It mainly includes the communication and data transmission between Kingview and PLC,as well as the data exchange,call and write between Kingview and the database.
