摘要
基于技术发展和生产需要两个方面分析了传统的岩粉棚(水槽棚)阻爆系统的缺陷,从阻爆装置、阻爆剂、触发机理等三个方面概述了煤矿瓦斯阻隔爆技术研究现状,总结了国内外有关阻爆技术及阻爆系统相关研究成果,提出了煤矿瓦斯阻爆研究在阻爆机理、研究方法及触发机制方面存在的关键技术难题及解决措施。在此基础上,提出了新一代瓦斯爆炸阻爆系统组成方案的构想。
Based on the technical development and production needs,the paper firstly analyzes the defects of the traditional rock powder shed(sink shed)explosion-resistance system and reviews coal mine gas explosion-resistance from three aspects,including explosion-resistance device,explosion inhibitor and trigger mechanism.After summarizing the relevant research results of explosion-resistance technology and its system at home and abroad,the paper attempts to discuss the key technical problems and solutions on explosion-resistance mechanism,research method and trigger mechanism.On this basis,a new composition scheme of gas explosion-resistance system is proposed.
