摘要
领导力是影响项目成功的关键因素,而复杂的项目情境对领导力提出了严峻挑战与更高诉求。本研究基于1998—2020年来自工程管理和项目管理领域的国际期刊,通过Web of Science核心合集数据库获得579篇数据,借助Biblioshiny程序包进行文献计量与可视化分析,展示项目领导力研究领域的学术合作关系、演进路径、研究热点等。结果发现:项目领导力研究整体呈逐年上升趋势,在2009年进入快速发展阶段;该领域可划分为起步、融合与拓展三个阶段,涉及项目管理者技能构成、对项目成功的影响等研究热点,其中项目管理者技能是基础研究,而领导力在工程项目中的影响是高潜热点,其在大型项目、工程安全中的应用是潜在的新兴热点。未来可考虑结合复杂项目情境或不同项目类型,探究适配的新领导力类型及其作用。
Leadership has been identified as a critical factor for project success.However,the increasingly complex project context provides severe challenges and higher requirements.Thus,this study selects 579 documents from 1998 to 2020 based on the Web of Science database and the crucial journals focusing on project management and construction management.The analyses are conducted using a visualization tool like the R-based Biblioshiny package.The bibliometric analysis and visualization are conducted to represent and clarify the academic cooperation,development paths,research hotspots,and trends for project leadership.The findings indicate that the overall research has shown an upward trend year by year and entered a stage of rapid development from 2009.The international research on project leadership is divided into three phases of start-up,integration,and expansion.The project leadership research involves several research hotspots,including project managers’competencies and the impacts of project leadership on project success.Specifically,the research on the competencies of project managers is the basic theme of project leadership,and the effect of leadership in construction projects is the potential hotspot.The influence and application of leadership in megaprojects and construction safety may be the possible emerging themes.The future directions of project leadership may consider exploring new types of leadership and their roles in complex project contexts or different project types.
