摘要
目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素注射治疗在复发性腋臭的临床效果及复发情况。方法 将我院接受治疗的被诊断为术后复发性腋臭患者71例,分为观察组(33例)及对照组(38例)。观察组采用A型肉毒毒素治疗,对照组采用腋下微创小切口手术进行治疗,比较两组术后的总有效率、并发症及复发率。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率为3.03%(1/33),对照组并发症发生率为13.15%(7/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.5,P<0.05).治疗3个月随访观察组出现11例复发,复发率为33.33%(11/33),对照组无复发,复发率为0%,差异统有计学意义(χ^(2)=11,P<0.05)。随访观察组有效率为66.67%(22/33),对照组有效率为100%(38/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05).经过一年随访,观察组有5例出现腋臭复发,复发率为15.15%(5/33),对照组有2例出现腋臭复发,复发率为5.26%(2/38),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.286,P>0.05)。观察组有效率为84.85%(28/33),对照组有效率为94.74%(36/38),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1,P>0.05)。结论 注射A型肉毒毒素用于治疗复发性腋臭是一种无创、并发症少、治疗效果好的方法,单次治疗复发率较高,需要多次注射。经多次规律注射治疗后复发率较低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of secondary sxillary bromhidrosis by botulinum toxin type A injection.Methods 71 patients with secondary sxillary bromhidrosis who were treated in our hospital were divided into the observation group (33cases) and the control group (38cases).Observation group were treated by botulinum toxin A,and patients with the control group were treated by small skin excision.The total effective rate,incidence of complications and recurrence rate in both groups were compared.Results the incidence of complications in observation group of patients was3.03%(1/33),and that in the control group was 13.15%(7/38);complication rates of control group patients was significantly higher than that of the observation group,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.5,P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,11 cases in the observation group of patients showed bromidrosis recurrence,with recurrence rate of 33.33%(11/33),no patient in the control group showed bromidrosis recurrence,with recurrence rate of 0%,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=11,P<0.05).The effective rate was 66.67%(22/33),in observation group and 100% in control group,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,5 cases in the observation group of patients showed bromidrosis recurrence,with recurrence rate of 15.15%(5/33),2 patients in the control group showed bromidrosis recurrence,with recurrence rate of 5.26%(2/38),with no statistical difference(χ^(2)=1.286,P>0.05).The effective rate was 84.85%(28/33) in observation group and 94.74%(36/38) in control group,with no statistical difference(χ^(2)=1,P>0.05).Clusion Botulinum toxin A injection is an uninvasive method for the treatment of secondary sxillary bromhidrosis with fewer complications and good effect,but the postoperative recurrence rate is higher and it needs injections for many times.With regular treatment it also has a low recurrence rate.
