摘要
目的设计一种手外科护理专用充气式垫手架,解决因外部装置的硬环境造成肢体血运障碍,减少或避免压疮形成的问题.方法该设计是利用含有架垫、充气器及T型触发块的装置,用架垫将手术肢体妥善包裹,通过充气器给架垫充气,根据术后体位需求,使得共计十一块固定块中对应部位逐渐膨胀而达到将手臂包裹固定的作用,因此能够满足放松部位进行功能锻炼,而非放松部位依然可以得到有效保护.结果该设计可以利用气体的流动性进而创造软包装环境,能够满足外部装置固定或锻炼保护的临床需求.结论该固定装置的设计使用,有利于受伤肢体血运循环的畅通,且可防止压疮的形成,避免细胞组织因营养缺乏而坏死,从而加速康复进程.
Objective Design a special inflatable hand bracket for hand surgery care to improve the blood flow disorders in the limbs caused by the hard environment of the external device,and reduce the formation of pressure sores.Methods The hand bracket uses a device containing a bracket cushion,an inflator and a T-shaped trigger block to properly surround the surgical limb,and inflate the bracket through the inflator.According to the postoperative position requirements,a total of eleven fixed blocks correspond to the part gradually expands to achieve the function of wrapping and fixing the arm,so it could satisfy the position of the relaxed part for functional exercise,and the non-relaxed part can still be effectively protected.Results The inflatable hand bracket could use the fluidity of gas to produce a flexible packaging environment,which could meet the clinical needs of external device fixation or exercise protection.Conclusion The special inflatable hand bracket is useful to the unblocked blood circulation of the injured hands,and can prevent the formation of pressure sores,avoid cell tissue necrosis due to lack of nutrition,and accelerate the recovery process.
