摘要 文章基于ICEM软件建立某款SUV车型尾灯的三维有限元模型,使用Fluent软件仿真分析整灯零部件耐热结果,结合零件表面最高温度初步选定满足耐热要求的材料;通过热源间隙调整、导热结构设计、热反射设计以及隔热设计优化等手段优化整灯内部热场分布,降低了零部件表面最高温度和选材的耐热要求,最终降低了整灯零部件的成本。 Based on ICEM software,the three-dimensional finite element model of the tail lamp of an SUV model is established,the heat-resistant results of the whole lamp parts are simulated and analyzed by Fluent software,and the materials meeting the heat-resistant requirements are preliminarily selected in combination with the maximum surface temperature of the parts.The internal thermal field distribution of the whole lamp is optimize by means of heat source gap adjustment,heat conduction structure design,heat reflection design and heat insulation design optimization,the maximum temperature of parts surface and the heat-resistant requirements of material selection is reduced,and finally the cost of parts and components of the whole lamp is reduced.
