摘要
目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者采取血液透析滤过(HDF)联合血液透析(HD)对其肾纤维化及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取93例GRF患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组46例和观察组47例。对照组接受HD治疗,观察组在此基础上联合HDF治疗,对比两组治疗后肾纤维化[纤维连接蛋白(Fn)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)及Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)水平]、炎症因子水平[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白介素细胞-10(IL-10)]变化。结果治疗后,两组FN均上升,C-Ⅳ、HA、PC-Ⅲ均下降,但观察组FN高于对照组,C-Ⅳ、HA、PC-Ⅲ低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6均降低,IL-10水平均升高,但观察组CRP、IL-6低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HD联合HDF用于CRF患者治疗中,能够降低炎症因子水平,改善肾纤维化,减少肾功能损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis(HDF)combined with HD on renal fibrosis and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 93 GRF patients were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases).Control group treated with HD,the observation group based on the joint HDF treatment,compared the two groups after treatment of renal fibrosis[link protein fiber(Fn),hyaluronic acid(HA),collagen type Ⅲ before(PC-Ⅲ)and collagen type Ⅳ](C-Ⅳ)levels,inflammatory factor levels[serum c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin cells-10(IL-10)].Results After treatment,two groups of FN were rising,C-Ⅳ,HA,PC-Ⅲ decreased,but the observation group of FN is higher than the control group,the C-Ⅳ,HA,PC-Ⅲ is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,CRP and IL-6 were reduced in both groups,and IL-10 levels were increased in both groups.However,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion HD combined with HDF in the treatment of CRF patients can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve renal fibrosis,reduce renal injury.
