摘要
在过去一段时间内,我国煤化工企业得到了较大的发展,也在一定程度上促进了社会经济的发展。新形势下,仪表自动化设备受到了较高的关注,并在煤化工企业得到了较为广泛的应用,有效提升了煤化工企业内部生产效率,在管控生产成本、保障安全生产方面发挥着不容忽视的作用,为煤化工企业的发展提供了极大的帮助。文章分析了煤化工企业仪表自动化设备的故障预防手段,在分析仪表自动化设备故障的基础上提出了几点处理和维修措施,有助于煤化工企业更好地防范和处理仪表自动化设备故障,保证企业内部生产工作的高效有序开展。
In the past period of time,China's coal chemical enterprises have developed greatly,which has also promoted the development of social economy to a certain extent.Under the new situation,instrument automation equipment has received high attention and has been widely used in coal chemical enterprises.It has effectively improved the internal production effi ciency of coal chemical enterprises,played an important role in controlling production costs and ensuring safe production,and provided great help for the development of coal chemical enterprises.In this paper,the author studies and analyzes the fault prevention means of instrument automation equipment in coal chemical enterprises,and puts forward several treatment and maintenance measures based on the analysis of instrument automation equipment faults,in order to help coal chemical enterprises better prevent and deal with instrument automation equipment faults and ensure the effi cient and orderly development of internal production work.
