摘要
[目的]调查综合性医院医务工作者艾滋病歧视现况,探讨其影响因素,为后期在医疗机构中开展艾滋病歧视干预工作提供依据。[方法]采用自编问卷,于2018年7月-2020年1月间对云南省6个州(市)综合性医院医务工作者进行现况调查。[结果]医务工作者共计2256人,艾滋病中、高流行区各占约50%。医务工作者平均年龄为(32.42±21.06)岁,以护士和临床医师为主,以汉族、已婚、有子女、受教育中专为主;医务工作者艾滋病歧视得分为(32.42±21.06)分,“责备”“专业素养”和“平等对待”3个维度,得分分别为(9.22±2.80)分、(7.71±2.02)分和(6.05±1.86)分。多元线性回归模型显示,影响医务工作者艾滋病歧视的主要因素为性别[0.728(0.305,1.151)]、家庭月收入[0.013(0,128,1.093)]、艾滋病流行地区[0.573(0.203,0.943)],而教育程度对责备维度可能有影响[0.728(0.305,1.151)]。[结论]医疗机构中的医务工作者存在艾滋病歧视,且影响医务工作者艾滋病歧视的可能危险因素是性别、收入、艾滋病流行地区以及教育程度。
Objective Investigate current situation of AIDS discrimination among medical workers in general hospital,and discuss its influence so as to provide basis for carrying out AIDS discrimination intervention work in medical institutions later.Methods It used self-made questionnaire,investigated current situation among medical workers in general hospitals of six prefecture(cities)in Yunnan Province from July 2018 to January 2020.Results There were total of 2256 medical workers.The middle and high prevalence areas of AIDS accounted for 50%each.The average age of medical workers was(32.42±21.06)years old,which mainly nurses and clinicians,Han nationality,married,with children,mainly technical secondary schools education background.The score of AIDS discrimination among medical workers was(36.70±6.34).The score of 3 dimensions of“blame,professional literacy,and equal treatment”was(9.22±2.80),(7.71±2.02)and(6.05±1.86)respectively.Multiple linear regression model showed that main factors influencing AIDS discrimination among medical workers were gender[0.67(0.057,1.284)],family monthly income[0.013(0,128,1.093)]and AIDS prevalence area[0.573(0.203,0.943)].Education level might had an effect on blame dimensions[0.728(0.305,1.151)].Conclusions There is AIDS discrimination among medical workers in medical institutions,the possible risk factors for AIDS discrimination among medical workers are gender,income,AIDS prevalence area and education level.
