摘要
在新的时代背景下,新医改持续深入推进为公立医院改革提供政策机遇,医疗信息化为公立医院发展提供技术机遇,人口老龄化为公立医院发展提供市场机遇。但是公立医院也面临运行机制不灵活、新医改冲击公立医院营收、医院之间竞争加剧等现实挑战。为此,应当优化公立医院管理和运行机制,提高公立医院的医护人员素质,提高公立医院的医疗技术水平,构建全生命周期健康服务体系,推进公立医院高质量发展。
In the context of the new era,the continuous and in-depth promotion of the new medical reform provides policy opportunities for the reform of public hospitals,medical informatization provides technical opportunities for the development of public hospitals,and population aging provides market opportunities for the development of public hospitals.However,public hospitals also face practical challenges such as inflexible operation mechanism,the impact of the new medical reform on the revenue of public hospitals,and intensified competition among hospitals.Therefore,we should optimize the management and operation mechanism of public hospitals,improve the quality of medical staff in public hospitals,improve the medical technology level of public hospitals,build a life-cycle health service system,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
