摘要
研究了固溶处理对奥氏体不锈钢07Cr18Ni11Nb高温力学性能的影响。结果发现,500、600℃高温屈服强度随固溶处理温度的升高逐渐降低,500、600℃高温抗拉强度无明显变化。当固溶处理温度≤1100℃时,奥氏体晶粒尺寸基本保持不变;当固溶处理温度>1100℃后,奥氏体晶粒逐渐长大,固溶处理温度达到1200℃时,奥氏体晶粒尺寸可增大至100μm以上。在600℃以下进行高温拉伸试验时,奥氏体晶界仍然是决定强化效果的重要因素,晶粒尺寸越小,高温屈服强度越高。
Effect of solution treatment on high temperature mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steel 07 Cr18 Ni11 Nb was investigated. The results show that the high temperature yield strength at 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ decreases with the increase of solution treatment temperature, but the high temperature tensile strength at 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ has no obvious change. When the solution treatment temperature is ≤1100 ℃, the austenite grain size remains basically unchanged. When the solution treatment temperature is more than 1100 ℃, the austenite grain size grows gradually, and when the solution treatment temperature reaches 1200 ℃, the austenite grain size increases to over 100 μm. The austenite grain boundary is still an important factor to the strengthening effect when the tensile test is under 600 ℃. The smaller the grain size, the higher the yield strength at high temperature.
