摘要
目的探讨结核病防治知识宣教在结核病预防和控制中的价值。方法本次研究选取2019年9月至2020年9月来我院门诊就诊的120例结核病患者为调查对象,根据随机抽签法分组,常规组(60例)使用常规护理方法,研究组(60例)患者治疗期间加入结核病知识宣教,分析两组患者健康教育效果。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为95.00%,健康知识知晓率为98.33%,均高于常规组的83.33%、86.67%,P<0.05;研究组在生活质量和遵医行为方面均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论对结核病患者开展结核病知识宣教后的效果显著,能够显著提升患者对该病的认知水平,在临床上能够带来重要的临床价值,对该病的预防和控制效果显著。
Objective To explore the value of tuberculosis prevention knowledge education in tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods The time interval intercepted in this study was from September 2019 to September 2020.120 tuberculosis patients who came to see a doctor in our hospital were investigated.They were divided into groups according to random drawing method.The routine group included 60 patients,and the routine nursing method was used.The remaining 60 patients joined tuberculosis knowledge education during treatment,and were set as the research group,to analyze the effect of health education of the two group.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.00%,and the awareness rate of health knowledge was 98.33%,which were higher than that in the routine group(83.33%,86.67%)(P<0.05).The study group was superior to the routine group in terms of quality of life and medical compliance,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of tuberculosis knowledge education for tuberculosis patients is remarkable,which can significantly improve the patients'cognitive level of the disease and bring important clinical value in clinic.The prevention and control effect of the disease is remarkable.
