摘要
目的:探讨皮肤多重扩张技术在头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形治疗中的应用效果。方法:入选研究病例为行头面颈部烧伤后癍痕整形患者,根据随机分组法将50例患者分为对照组与实验组,每组各25例,对照组患者实施常规治疗法,实验组患者的治疗方法为皮肤多重扩张技术,治疗结束后对比总并发症发生率、生活质量评分、治疗优良率、治疗总满意度指标。结果:实验组患者的总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者生活质量评分、治疗优良率、治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤多重扩张技术在头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形中有着重要意义,可有效提高患者生活质量,具有推广、应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of multiple skin expansion technology in the plastic treatment of scar after head,face and neck burn.Methods:The selected patients were patients undergoing scrofula plastic surgery after head,face and neck burns.According to the random grouping method,50 patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and the treatment method in the experimental group was skin multiple expansion technology.After treatment,the total complication rate was compared Quality of life score,excellent and good rate of treatment and total satisfaction index of treatment.Results:the incidence of total complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score,excellent and good rate of treatment and total satisfaction of treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:multiple skin expansion technique is of great significance in scar plastic surgery after head,face and neck burns.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and has the value of popularization and application.
