摘要
目的:分析胎儿畸形超声筛查应用在产前诊断中的临床价值。方法:以2019年1月~2021年1月在本院产科进行产检的孕妇中随机选择120例作为研究对象,其孕周为22~30周。对所有的孕妇予以常规二维超声与三维多普勒超声检查,根据检查结果,来对其胎儿畸形状况进行观察和记录。并且通过随访,在产妇分娩后,对其畸形状况进行记录,并且作为产前诊断的准确率评估依据。结果:在120例孕妇进行产前的二维和三维超声检查后,确定有7例为胎儿畸形,其中,脊柱裂1例、泌尿系统异常1例、血管系统异常1例、唇裂以及唇腭裂1例、内翻1例、尿道下裂1例、鼻骨缺失1例。在经过随访后,120例孕妇分娩后,确定有8例畸形新生儿,超声检查准确率为100%,仅有1例血管系统异常畸形胎儿漏诊,检出率为87.50%。结论:在产前诊断中,应用超声检查,能够及时对胎儿畸形进行筛查,以采取积极的干预措施,从而减少新生儿出生缺陷发生风险,保证新生儿质量,且操作简单、无创。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound screening in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods:A total of 120 pregnant women with a gestational age between 22 and 30 weeks were randomly selected as the study subjects who underwent obstetric examinations in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.All pregnant women were given conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional Doppler ultrasound examination,according to the examination results,to their fetal abnormalities were observed and recorded.And through the follow-up,after the delivery of women,their malformations were recorded,and as a basis for the evaluation of the accuracy of prenatal diagnosis.Results:After prenatal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examination of 120 pregnant women,7 cases were identified as fetal malformations,including 1 case of spina bifida,1 case of abnormal urinary system,1 case of abnormal vascular system,1 case of cleft lip,1 case of cleft lip and palate,1 case of varus,1 case of hypospadias and 1 case of loss of nasal bone.After follow-up,after 120 pregnant women delivered,8 abnormal newborns were determined.The accuracy rate of ultrasonography was 100%.Only one fetus with abnormal vascular system was missed,and the detection rate was 87.50%.Conclusion:In prenatal diagnosis,the use of ultrasound examination can timely screen fetal malformation,to take active intervention measures,so as to reduce the risk of birth defects,ensure the quality of newborn,and simple operation,non-invasive.
