摘要
建立了高速不连续性微带线HFSS(High Frequency Simulator Structure)串扰仿真分析模型,基于该模型对不连续性微带线在高频条件下的串扰问题进行了研究,得到了其近端串扰(S13)和远端串扰(S14),分析了信号频率、微带线厚度、微带线宽度、微带线宽度微带线拐角类型、微带线间距对串扰强度的影响。结果表明:不连续性微带线串扰强度随着信号频率的变化而呈现先增大后趋于平缓的趋势;近端串扰S13随微带线厚度的增大呈现递增的趋势;近端串扰S13随微带线宽度增大而增大;微带线拐角类型为圆弧时串扰最为明显;串扰强度随微带线间距增大而减小。基于研究结果提出了抑制不连续性串扰的方法。
The HFSS crosstalk simulation analysis model of high-speed discontinuous microstrip line was developed,based on the model,crosstalk of the discontinuous microstrip line was studied under the high-frequency condition;the near end crosstalk(S13)and far end crosstalk(S14)were obtained.The effects of signal frequency,thickness of microstrip line,width of microstrip,corner type of microstrip line,distance between two microstrip lines and substrate material constant on crosstalk strength were studied.The results show that the intensity of discontinuous microstrip line crosstalk increases firstly and then flattens with the change of signal frequency;the near end crosstalk S13 increases with the thickness of microstrip line increasing;the near end crosstalk S13 increases with the increase of microstrip line width;the intensity of crosstalk decreases with the increase of distance between two microstrip line.Based on the research results,a method to suppress discontinuous crosstalk is proposed.
