混合式教学在算法分析与设计课程中的应用与实践

摘要 针对算法分析与设计课程学时有限、知识点繁杂等特点,为提高学生学习的个性化程度,探索混合式教学在该课程中的应用方法和成效,在混合式教学过程中充分融合授课教学、案例教学、研讨教学等多种方法改进教学效果。其中,通过课前、课后学习内容设计以延展教学时间;将案例教学与算法理论及应用进行深度融合,可为促进学生从知识到能力的转化提供动力、压力和途径;通过研讨教学充分拓宽学生思路,初步培养学生从事科学研究的基本素质和能力。同时,在保证教学对象无差异的条件下,开展3年的对比教学实践研究。结果表明,混合式教学可有效保证以学生为教学主体,实施混合式教学改革班级的学生在学习态度、专业知识和综合素质等方面均有显著提升,特别是在研究生科研素质培养方面起到了较为明显的促进作用。通过实施混合式教学,有效激发了学生学习的主动性,促进了学生从本科学习方式到研究生学习方式的转变。 The application of hybrid teaching in the graduate course of algorithm analysis and design is explored according to the course’s characteristics which are limited lecture hours,complex algorithms,uneven students’ specialty foundations and so on,so as to individualize students’ learning. Hybrid teaching integrates lecture teaching,case teaching,seminar teaching and other efficient and effective teaching methods. Teaching time is extended effectively by pre-class and after-class learning point and assignment design. Case teaching deeply involves the whole process of teaching,such as learning,understanding,practicing,thinking,etc. and promotes the transformation from knowing knowledge to practical capability of research. Seminar teaching helps to fully cultivate the basic quality and ability of graduates to engage in researching and self-learning. The hybrid teaching in the course has been carried out in the past three years and the comparative teaching practice has been conducted at the same time in the condition of no difference among graduates. The practice result shows that learning attitude,professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of graduates from hybrid teaching class are significantly improved because hybrid teaching effectively guarantees graduates as the main body of teaching and learning. Hybrid teaching can effectively stimulate students’ learning initiative,extend learning time,and promote the transformation of learning style from undergraduate to graduate.
