荷兰未成年人阅读推广项目的实践与启示——基于荷兰“the Art of Reading”项目的调查

摘要 随着全民阅读的深入发展,面向特定群体的阅读推广实践成为全民阅读工作进一步专业化的标志,同时也为我国图书馆行业的服务层次模式提出转型要求。文章通过对荷兰未成年人阅读推广国家计划“阅读的艺术”进行分析与研究,认为荷兰面向特定受众人群的阅读推广项目的成功主要得益于制度安排、利益相关者参与、多元化资金来源模式及专业的绩效跟踪网络等,建议我国从活动精准化、强化多元主体协同合作、重视儿童馆员专业培训以及对活动全程进行分级式绩效跟踪管理等方面入手,完善我国未成年人及相关群体的阅读推广工作。 With the further development of comrehensive reading,the practice of reading promotion for specific groups has become the product and trend of deepening the further specialization of reading work for all,and also put forward the transformation requirement of more hierarchical service mode for the library industry in China.Through the analysis and research of the reading promotion project of“Reading Art”of the National Plan for the Promotion of Uninformed Reading in the Netherlands,this paper holds that the success of the current Reading Promotion Project based on specific audience groups in the Netherlands is mainly due to institutional arrangements,stakeholder participation,diversified funding model and professional performance tracking network,etc.,China should draw on the successful experience of the Netherlands,and suggests that the emphasis should be on precision of activities,strengthening multi-subject collaborative cooperation,Pay attention to the training of children librarians and the performance management of the whole construction activities,and improve the reading promotion of minors and related groups in China.
