管幕箱涵顶推法在市政道路下穿高速公路中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 荆门市泉水大道工程需下穿襄荆高速公路,为保障施工过程中高速公路正常交通,采用了管幕箱涵顶推工法。箱涵顶部覆土厚度4.3m~4.65m,总尺寸为长49m、宽40m、高7.6m。箱涵采用双箱两孔断面,分3节预制。对管幕、后靠背、滑板、中继间、钢插销以及箱涵结构进行了精心设计。箱涵分左右两幅先后顶推,通过顶推精度与速度控制、减阻、压力注浆、土方开挖等关键技术,保证了箱涵顺利穿越襄荆高速。沉降监测结果显示,箱涵顶推过程中高速路面沉降量在20mm以内。 The Quanshui Avenue Project in Jingmen City needed to cross the Xiangfan Jingshui expressway.In order to ensure the normal traffic of the expressway during the construction,the pipe curtain box culvert jacking method was adopted.The thickness of soil covering on the top of box culvert was 4.3 m~4.65 m,and the total size was 49 m long,40 m wide and 7.6 m high.The box culvert adopted double box and two hole section and was prefabricated in three sections.The pipe curtain,rear backrest,sliding plate,relay room,steel bolt and box culvert structure were carefully designed.The box culvert was jacked in left and right successively.Through key technologies such as jacking accuracy and speed control,drag reduction,pressure grouting and earth excavation,the box culvert was ensured to pass through the high-speed smoothly.The settlement monitoring results showed that the pavement settlement of Xiangfan Jingzhou expressway was less than 20 mm during the jacking process of box culvert.
