摘要
液压凿岩机主要应用于炮掘施工中,近年来逐渐被引入硬岩锚护领域。为了提高凿岩机多工况适应性和自动化水平,开发了一种全液控控制单元,并基于此设计了适用于钻锚施工的液压控制系统,实现了凿岩机多动作单独控制和相关功能的自动化。
Hydraulic rock drill is generally used in blasting construction, in recent years, it has been gradually introduced into the field of hard rock anchoring. In order to improve the adaptability and automation level of rock drill in multiple working conditions, a full hydraulic control unit was developed,and based on this, a hydraulic control system suitable for drilling and anchoring construction was designed to realize the multi action independent control and automation of related functions of rock drill.
