区域专变容量互济的有序充电调节难度评估与控制优化 被引量:2

Difficulty Evaluation and Control Optimization of Orderly Charging Regulation with Mutual Assistance of Regional Special Transformer Capacity

摘要 城市相邻近楼宇专用变压器(简称“专变”)冗余容量的时空差异性给依托楼宇专变建设的充电站带来了有序充电联合调节的可行性,基于此提出了充电站运营商联合跨楼宇的专变来为充电站群供电的专变互济模式及其有序充电优化控制模型。首先,分析了运营商、专变用户和车主的利益,据此建立了有序充电的三方博弈调节机制;其次,为了量化评价互济模式的效果和实施难度,提出了调节效果评价指标体系、联合专变互补性评估模型和联合调节难度量化模型,进而建立联合充电站极限距离评估模型。然后,综合车主充电成本、专变租金收益和运营商毛利润建立了互济模式有序充电控制优化模型。最后,验证了所提模型的有效性。 The spatial and temporal variability of the redundant capacity of special transformers for adjacent buildings in the city brings the feasibility of joint regulation of orderly charging to charging stations built on the basis of the special transformers of buildings.Based on this,a special transformer mutual assistance mode(referred to as mutual assistance mode)and its orderly charging optimization control model are proposed,in which charging station operators combine special transformers across buildings to supply power to clusters of charging stations.First,the interests of operators,special transformer owners and electric vehicle(EV)users are analyzed.And a three-party game regulation mechanism for orderly charging is established.Secondly,in order to quantify the effect and implementation difficulty of the mutual assistance mode,a system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of regulation,a evaluation model of the complementarity of joint special transformers and a quantitative model of the difficulty of joint regulation are proposed.And a limit distance evaluation model of joint charging stations is established.Then,comprehensively considering the charging cost of EV users,the rental income of special transformers and the gross profit of operators,an optimization model for the control of orderly charging in the mutual assistance mode is put forward.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified.
