摘要 尿苷是RNA和DNA合成所必需的嘧啶核苷酸,具有多种生物学功能,可通过转化为尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖、尿苷二磷酸N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖等中间生物活性分子在糖、脂肪、蛋白质等物质代谢过程中发挥作用。首先,尿苷通过中间产物参与O-乙酰氨基葡萄糖修饰,在蛋白质的降解和转运中发挥作用,通过影响蛋白质平衡,进而影响血管和神经,导致糖尿病等代谢性疾病的发生;其次,尿苷在空腹状态时由脂肪组织合成,尿苷的稳态可影响血脂的稳定性,导致肥胖等疾病的发生发展。本文对尿苷对物质代谢影响的研究进展进行综述。 Uridine is a necessary pyrimidine nucleotide for the synthesis of RNA and DNA.It has a variety of biological functions and can play a role in the metabolism of sugar,fat and protein through conversion to intermediate bioactive molecules such as uridine diphosphate glucose and uridine diphosphate-N-acetylglucosamine.First of all,uridine participates in the modification of O-acetylglucosamine through intermediates and plays a role in protein degradation and transport,which affects the balance of protein,and then affects blood vessels and nerves,leading to the occurrence of metabolic diseases such as diabete mellitus.Secondly,uridine is synthesized by adipose tissue in fasting state,and the homeostasis of uridine can affect the stability of blood lipids,leading to the occurrence and development of obesity and other diseases.This paper reviews the research progress on the effect of uridine on substance metabolism.
