摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕在法治轨道上推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化作出了一系列重要论述。法律是治国之重器,法治是国家治理体系和治理能力的重要依托,推进全面依法治国是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要方面和必然要求。要以习近平法治思想为指导,充分发挥法治的引领、规范和保障作用,在推进国家治理现代化的大局中推进全面依法治国,运用法治思维和方式妥善应对推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化所面临的难题和挑战。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on promoting the modernization of the state governance system and governance capabilities on the track of the rule of law.The law is an important tool for governing the coun⁃try,and the rule of law is an important support for the country’s governance system and governance capa⁃bilities.Promoting the comprehensive rule of law is an important aspect and inevitable requirement for the improvement and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and the promotion of the modernization of the national system and governance capabilities.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,we must give full play to the guiding,standardizing and guaranteeing role of the rule of law,promote the comprehensive rule of law in the overall situation of advancing the modernization of the state governance system and governance capabilities,and properly respond to the various problems and challenges faced by advancing the state governance system and governance modernization on the track of the rule of law.
