摘要
为更好地发挥细纱机断头吸棉系统作用,降低纺纱成本,提高纺纱企业经济效益,通过对细纱机断头吸棉系统现状的调研和分析,提出了断头吸棉系统智能控制的技改方案,包括吸棉风机变频控制、吸棉笛管改斜向单嘴吸管并加装电磁感应阀。通过进一步分析断头吸棉系统改造的投资与收益,结果表明:该技术改造能达到节能降耗和减员增效的目的。认为:细纱机断头吸棉系统智能控制技术改造,可实现人机智能控制,投资回收期短,技术方案可行。
In order to well play functions of broken-end collector system in spinning frame,reduce spinning cost and improve economic benefit of spinning enterprise,broken-end collector system status of spinning frame was investigated and analyzed,technology modification schemes for intelligent control of broken-end collector system were put forward including frequency converting control of broken-end collector and broken-end collector pipe modification and installing electromagnetic induction valve.Further analysis was done through investment and benefit of broken-end collector system modification.Test results showed the technology modification could achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction together with reducing staff and improving efficiency.It is considered that intelligent control technology modification of broken-end collector system in spinning frame can achieve human-machine intelligent control.Payback period is short and technology scheme is feasible.
