摘要
随着科学的不断进步,纳米技术在材料、生物、医药、化学等领域都取得了比较好的发展。其中,纳米药物传递系统在生物医学领域,尤其是癌症的靶向治疗方向,引起研究者的广泛关注。儿茶酚及其衍生物在体内有较好的生物相容性和降解性,具有多种生物活性和功能,在纳米载药系统中广泛应用。苯硼酸及其衍生物化学性质比较活泼,可以与多数含有羟基的化合物共价结合,形成可逆的共价键—硼酸酯键,常用于自律式纳米药物传递系统中。本文围绕儿茶酚类纳米聚合物材料的优点、苯硼酸及其衍生物在纳米载药体系中的应用进展展开相关论述。
With the continuous development of science,nanotechnology has made good application in the fields of materials,biomedicine,chemical science and so on.Among them,nano drug delivery system has attracted extensive attention in the biomedical field,especially in the targeted treatment of cancer.Catechol and its derivatives have good biocompatibility and degradability in vivo,have a variety of biological activities and functions,and have been widely used in nano drug loading systems.The chemical properties of phenylboric acid and its derivatives are relatively active.It can covalently combine with most compounds containing hydroxyl groups to form reversible covalent bond borate ester bond,so it is often used in autonomous nano drug delivery system.This paper mainly focus on the advantages of catechol nano polymer materials and the application of phenylboric acid and its derivatives in nano drug loading systems.
