摘要
分别使用EasyDisc与传统平皿计数法检测水中的菌落总数。通过对质控样、实际样品和加标样品进行检测,结果发现2种方法在统计学上无显著性差异。与平皿计数法相比,EasyDisc法测定水中菌落总数具有操作便捷、易计数,降低检测流程引入污染风险的优点,满足实验室便捷快速检测水中菌落总数的要求。
The total number of colonies in water was detected by easydisc and traditional plate counting Methods respectively.Through the detection of quality control samples,actual samples and spiked samples,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two Methods.Compared with the plate counting Methods,easydisc Methods has the advantages of convenient operation,easy counting,reducing the pollution risk introduced by the detection process,and meets the requirements of convenient and rapid detection of the total number of colonies in water in the laboratory.
