超高层建筑中铝模板与整体钢平台的协同施工 被引量:2

摘要 目前用于超高层核心筒的施工装备中,整体提升钢平台是应用较为广泛的装备之一。与钢平台协同施工的模板体系也有多种形式,结合苏河湾项目的实际特点,探索了一种铝模板与钢平台协同施工的模板体系。通过对铝模板进行深化设计和施工流程的优化,使得新模板体系可应用于超高层结构钢平台系统中,为超高层结构钢平台和铝模板协同施工提供一种新思路,为今后类似工程提供一定的借鉴。 At present,the integral lifting steel platform is one of the widely used equipment in the construction of super high-rise core tube.There are also many forms of formwork system cooperating with steel platform.Combined with the actual characteristics of Suhewan project,a formwork system for collaborative construction of aluminum formwork and steel platform is explored.The aluminum formwork is further designed and the construction process is optimized,so that the new formwork system can be applied to the super high-rise structural steel platform system.It provides a new idea for the cooperative construction of super high-rise structural steel platform and aluminum formwork,and provides a certain reference for similar projects in the future.
