摘要
以句容某多层售楼处屋面施工为例,针对该工程大坡度斜屋面的施工特点,采用一种大坡度斜屋面的支模系统及混凝土浇筑方法。通过大坡度斜屋面内模板的支设施工、屋面钢筋绑扎、在屋面钢筋上焊接若干排支撑钢筋、设置阻拦板并使阻拦板横跨同一排的支撑钢筋等,充分研究大坡度斜屋面单侧支模条件下的混凝土浇筑方式,在省去了外模板支设的同时,避免了胀模、麻面、不密实等情形,为今后的类似工程提供了借鉴。
Taking the roof construction of a multi-storey sales office in Jurong City as an example,according to the construction characteristics of the large slope inclined roof of the project,a formwork system and concrete pouring method for the large slope inclined roof are adopted.The concrete pouring method under the condition of single side formwork erection of large slope inclined roof is fully studied through the erection and construction of formwork in large slope inclined roof,binding of roof reinforcement,welding of several rows of support reinforcement on roof reinforcement,setting of blocking plate and making the blocking plate span the same row of support reinforcement,etc.It not only saves the erection of external formwork,but also avoids the expansion of formwork,pitted surface and non compactness,which provides reference experience for similar projects in the future.
