降低柳园球团矿膨胀率技术攻关

Tackling Key Technical Problems in Reducing the Expansion Rate of Liuyuan Pellets

摘要 针对柳园球团矿膨胀率持续偏高的问题,进行了系统的球团实验室试验。根据试验结果,提出了改进的技术措施,并赴柳园进行现场技术攻关。经过多方努力,柳园球团矿膨胀率由攻关前82.66%降低到了19.45%,达到了周边球团矿膨胀率<25%的目标。 Aiming at the problem that the expansion rate of Liuyuan pellet continues to be high, a systematic pellet laboratory test was carried out. According to the laboratory test results, the improved technical measures were put forward, and the on-site technical research was carried out in Liuyuan. Through various efforts, the expansion rate of Liuyuan pellet was reduced from 82.66% to 19.45%, reaching the goal that the expansion rate of surrounding pellet was less than 25%.
