中国海洋中心城市高质量发展水平测度研究 被引量:1

The Measurement of High-quality Development of the Leading Maritime Capitals in China

摘要 以中国九个全球海洋中心城市为研究对象,对海洋中心城市高质量发展水平进行综合测度分析。选取2010—2019年相关数据,构建海洋中心城市高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法等四种方法对指标体系进行联合评价、确定指标权重,得到综合评价结果,并进一步利用灰色预测模型对海洋中心城市的未来发展进行预测。研究结论如下:(1)全球海洋中心城市高质量发展水平总体呈现上升趋势,其中,上海市建设水平尤为突出,厦门市和舟山市增长较为迅猛,天津市和大连市增长缓慢,影响其海洋中心城市建设;(2)九个全球海洋中心城市高质量建设发展的侧重点各不相同,其中,大连市在创新性层面、上海市在开放度和集聚度层面、舟山市在协调性层面、厦门市在共享度层面、深圳市在辐射性层面表现突出。 Taking nine leading maritime capitals in China as the research object, this paper carries out a comprehensive measurement and analysis of high-quality development of the leading maritime capitals. Based on the selected data from 2010 to 2019, the paper constructs a high-quality development evaluation index system, which employs four methods such as entropy value method to give a joint evaluation of index system, and determine the weight of each index. Then the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained and the future development of the leading maritime capitals is predicted by using the grey prediction model. The results are as follows:(1) The overall high-quality development level of the nine cities shows an upward trend, especially the construction of Shanghai is outstanding. Xiamen and Zhoushan are growing rapidly while the Tianjin and Dalian are growing slowly, which affects their construction of the leading maritime capitals in China;(2) The nine cities have different emphasis on the development of high-quality construction, among which Dalian is outstanding in innovation, Shanghai in openness and concentration, Zhoushan in coordination, Xiamen in sharing, and Shenzhen in radiation.
