摘要
结合普格采乃风电场实际情况,采用风电场吊装模拟系统(HoistSystem),在三维环境下模拟风电机组吊装过程,优化选择最为可行、经济、高效的吊装平台设计方案,使吊装平台设计布置更加科学,从而指导现场施工,减少施工安装时间,提高安装效率。降低了工程成本,提高了项目建设和运行效益。
Considering the actual conditions of Puge Cainai Wind Farm,a wind power hoisting simulation system(HoistSystem)is developed and adopted to simulate the hoisting process of wind turbine units in three-dimensional environment.Thus,we can optimize and select the most feasible,economic and efficient hoisting platform design scheme to guide the on-site construction,reduce the construction and installation time and improve the installation efficiency.With the system,the project cost is reduced and the construction and operation benefits are improved.
