摘要
在智能交通体系建设和应用的背景下,以构建西部地区山区道路长陡坡下坡路况的智能交通安全防控体系为目标,全面提升对实时通行车辆的安全管理能力和载重货车可能引发交通事故风险的发现、预警、干预和处置能力。通过设置智能采集、数据分析、源头预警、圈层过滤、精准管控、应急处置六个环节,形成三个梯次的预警防控,从而在事故多发路段构建形成传统的人防、物防、技防和云计算、大数据、5G通信等新兴技术相融合的智能交通安全防控体系,为西部地区山区道路交通安全管理提供参考。
In the context of the construction and application of ITS(Intelligent Transport System),this study aims to build an intelligent traffic safety prevention and control system for the downhill road conditions of long and steep slopes in mountainous areas in the western region of China,and comprehensively improve the ability of traffic safety management for real-time passing vehicles and the ability of detection,early warning,intervention and dealing with traffic accident risks that may be raised by heavy trucks.By setting up six links of intelligent information collection,data analysis,source early warning,layer filtering,precise management and control and emergency response,a three-hierarchy early warning and prevention and control is realized,thus,an intelligent traffic safety prevention and control system that integrates traditional approaches of using people,objects and technologies to prevent traffic accidents and emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data and 5G communications is built for accident-prone sections,providing a reference for road traffic safety management in mountainous areas in western China.
