摘要
目的:探讨互联网+新生儿疾病筛查的应用价值。方法:项目整体基于云PaaS服务,架构方案采用分层、分布式的部署结构,设计新生儿疾病筛查公众号及小程序并应用于新筛网络化管理中。结果:2020年1月至2021年6月微信公众号注册人数19941人,服务人数51265人,在线咨询次数1232次,累计发布文章101篇,阅读量143517人次,医护端服务医护人员57人,实现电子报告51265例,召回复查和诊断时间缩短了8 d(中位数),使得患者的诊断和治疗时机大大提前。小程序在线支付12864笔,给家长带来了较大的便利性,同时简化了采血机构与新筛中心烦琐的结算流程。结论:互联网+新生儿疾病筛查应用效果较好,提高了流程效率,改善了群众的就医体验,提高了患者的依从性,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the application value of Internet+neonatal disease screening.Methods The overall project was based on cloud PaaS service.For the architecture scheme,the hierarchical and distributed deployment structure was adopted.The public account and App of neonatal disease screening were designed and applied to the network management of the newborn screening.Results From January 2020 to June 2021,19,941 people were registered on the WeChat public account,51,265 people were served,the number of online consultations was 1,232,101 articles were published accumulatively,and the number of pageviews reached 143,517,57 medical staffs were served,and 51,265 electronic reports were generated.The time to recall for review and diagnosis was shortened by 8days(median),which advanced the time for diagnosis and treatment of patients significantly.There were 12,864 online payments with App,bringing great convenience to parents,while simplifying the complicated settlement process of blood collection institutions and newborn screening center.Conclusion The application effect of Internet+neonatal disease screening is good,which improves the process efficiency,the medical experience of the masses and the compliance of patients.It is worth promoting vigorously.
