调中保元汤治疗长骨骨折术后骨折延迟愈合的临床观察 被引量:4

Clinical observation of Tiaozhong Baoyuan Decoction in treatment of delayed healing of long bone fracture after operation

摘要 目的:观察调中保元汤治疗长骨骨折术后骨折延迟愈合的临床疗效。方法:纳入60例长骨骨折术后骨折延迟愈合患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予阿法骨化醇软胶囊口服,治疗组患者给予调中保元汤口服,两组治疗周期均为6个月。治疗前及治疗3个月、6个月后,采用骨折愈合影像学评分(RUST评分)评估两组患者的骨折连接情况;治疗3个月、6个月后,评价并比较两组患者的临床疗效;治疗前及治疗6个月后,采用健康调查简表(SF-36量表)对两组患者的健康状态进行评估。结果:①治疗3个月、6个月后,两组患者的RUST评分较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗3个月、6个月后,治疗组患者的临床总有效率分别为73.33%、86.67%,对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为40.00%、53.33%,治疗组的临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗6个月后,治疗组患者的SF-36量表生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康维度评分较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),对照组患者的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛维度评分较治疗前亦明显升高(P<0.05),而治疗组患者的生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调中保元汤治疗长骨骨折术后骨折延迟愈合患者,能够促进骨痂生长,促进骨折愈合,同时能有效改善患者的健康状况。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaozhong Baoyuan Decoction in the treatment of delayed healing of long bone fracture after operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with delayed healing of long bone fracture after operation were included and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsule orally and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Tiaozhong Baoyuan Decoction orally.The treatment course of both groups was 6 months.Before treatment,three months and six months after treatment,the fracture connection of the patients in the two groups was evaluated by fracture healing imaging score(RUST score).Three months and six months after treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Before treatment and 6 months after treatment,the health status of the patients in the two groups was evaluated by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scale.Results:①Three months and six months after treatment,the RUST scores of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).②Three months and six months after treatment,the total clinical effective rates of the treatment group were 73.33%and 86.67%respectively,the total clinical effective rates of the control group were 40.00%and 53.33%respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).③Six months after treatment,the scores of physical function,role physical,social function,bodily pain and general health dimension score in the treatment group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of physical function,role physical and bodily pain dimension score in the control group were also significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of physical function,role physical,
