摘要
目的 观察穴位贴敷联合中药保留灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者中医证候积分及红细胞压积的影响。方法 选取慢性盆腔炎患者100例,以就诊时间顺序按随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组单纯予中药保留灌肠治疗,研究组予穴位贴敷联合中药保留灌肠治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎症指标、血液流变学指标的变化,并统计随访6个月患者的总复发率。结果 研究组总有效率(94.00%,47/50)显著高于对照组(80.00%,40/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平和红细胞压积、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分、血清TNF-α、CRP水平和红细胞压积、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、血浆FIB水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,能明显缓解患者临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,改善血液循环,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on TCM syndrome scores and hematocrit in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled as the study subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group in the order of visiting time,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema therapy alone,while the study group was treated with the acupoint application therapy combined with the enema therapy,both for three consecutive courses.The curative effect and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammation indexes and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total recurrence rate of the patients was counted after 6 months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate in the study group(94.00%,47/50)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%,40/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,the hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application therapy combined with the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the body's inflammatory responses,improve blood circulation and reduce the recurrence rate.
