摘要
为确定临时高压消防给水系统中稳压泵的设计流量和流量开关的设定值,对稳压系统在火灾发生时和火灾未发生时的工作状态进行分析,并重点考察了P_(s1)、P_(s2)控制点对应的流量与管网正常泄漏量、水灭火设施出水量、气压罐出水量、气压罐充水量之间的关系。分析表明:通过对稳压装置在火灾发生时和火灾未发生时的工作状态进行分析,来确定稳压泵设计流量和流量开关设定值的范围,然后利用取中间值的方法计算出稳压泵的设计流量和流量开关的设定值。另外,通过将消防泵在接到流量开关报警信息后延迟10 s启动来防止流量开关的设定值可能会小于等于稳压泵启动运行瞬间流量,进而避免误报警。
In order to determine the design flow of stabilized pressure pump and setting value of flow switch within the temporary high-pressure fire water system,this paper analyses the working condition of the fire pressure stabilizing system in case of fire and not in fire,emphatically investigating the relationship between the corresponding flow rate of P_(s1)&P_(s2) and the normal leakage rate of network pipe,fire water supply facilities,hydraulic discharge of air pressure tank,and make-up water of air pressure tank.The analysis shows that the range of the design flow rate of fire pressure stabilizing system and the setting value of the flow switch can be determined by analyzing the working state of the stabilized pressure system in case of fire and not in fire,and the median value shall be taken when it caculates the data of the design flow of stabilized pressure pump and the setting value of flow switch.Moreover,due to the set value of the flow switch may be less than or equal to the flow at the start of the stabilized pressure pump,we can delay the start of the fire pump for 10 seconds after receiving the alarm information of the flow switch,so as to avoid the false alarm.
