摘要
三氧化硫(SO_(3))是评价水泥产品质量及等级的重要技术指标。为评价实验室水泥三氧化硫的检验能力,本文采用稳健统计法,以中位值为指定值、标准化四分位距为能力评定标准差,利用实验室间Z比分数(Z_(B))分析了150家实验室的水泥三氧化硫检验结果。利用Origin绘制了各实验室检验结果频率分布直方图及正态分布曲线、Z比分数(Z_(B))柱状图及尧敦(Youden)图,系统地分析了各实验室的检验结果及偏差。在分析了能力验证结果的基础上,对水泥中三氧化硫的检验方法进行了综合分析,并给出了检验操作技术建议。
Sulfur trioxide(SO_(3))is an important technical index to evaluate the quality and grade of cement products.In order to evaluate the testing ability of sulfur trioxide of cement for laboratories,robust statistical method was used to analyse the sulfur trioxide testing results of 150 laboratories through interlaboratory Z-ratio score,the median value was used as the specified value and the standardized interquartile range was used as the standard deviation of proficiency testing.The frequency distribution histogram and normal distribution curve,Z-ratio score histogram and Youden chart of testing results in each laboratory were drawn by origin software,and the testing results and deviations of each laboratory were systematically analyzed.Based on the analysis of proficiency testing results,the testing methods of sulfur trioxide for cement were comprehensively analyzed,and the technical suggestions of inspection operation were given.
