摘要
减速器是起重机的重要部件,也是故障多发部件。设计了一种起重机减速器故障诊断试验台,基于该试验台对减速器的实际运行状态进行模拟,通过对故障特征信息进行采集,并计算信号的梅尔频率倒谱系数(MFCC)作为特征向量,采用支持向量机(SVM)进行分类,最大限度地提高适用性,实现减速器机械故障的自动检测和判定。通过对减速器在不同工况下采集的振动加速度信号进行各种试验,评估该方法的诊断精度,对起重机减速器的故障诊断具有重要意义。
Reducer is an important component of crane,and also a fault-prone component.A test bench for fault diagnosis of a crane reducer is designed,and the actual running state of the reducer is simulated based on the test bench.By collecting the fault characteristic information and calculating the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCC)as the feature vector,the support vector machine(SVM)is used to classify the fault information,so as to maximize the applicability and realize the automatic detection of the mechanical faults of the reducer.Through various experiments on reducer under different working conditions,the diagnostic accuracy of this method is evaluated,which is of great significance to the fault diagnosis of crane reducer.
