摘要 目前汽车行业正朝着数智化方向发展,对汽车总装车间如何利用数智化手段提升生产质量、提高工作效率显得愈发重要。为了实现车间内人、机、料、法、环的信息高效融合,从智能管控、智能预警、智能分析、智能预防、智能决策5个方面对车间质量进行全生命流程的数智化敏捷管控和提升。总装车间将工业工程的相关理论综合运用到实践中去,基于自身研发,利用机器视觉代替传统人工方式的总装ZP7在线无人测量设备,提高工作效率,助力全过程合格率提升至80%;为解决现场质量和生产问题而打造的语音智慧屏系统,打通产量和质量信息流,并将语音识别和合成技术应用到现场设备中,高效提升信息传递效率;给予FIS-eQS主二次开发制定车间最为需求的系统,全面提升车间全过程合格率,助力质量管理和提升;基于总装专业质量全流程管控的工位绿化敏捷管控系统,全面对车间质量相关的人、机、料、法、环全面监控,提升质量。 At present,the automobile industry is developing in the direction of digital intelligence.It is becoming more and more important for the automobile assembly workshop to use digital intelligence to improve production quality and work efficiency.In order to realize the efficient integration of human,machine,material,method and environment information in the workshop,digital intelligent agile control and improvement of the whole life process of workshop quality were carried out from five aspects:intelligent control,intelligent early warning,intelligent analysis,intelligent prevention and intelligent decision-making.The general assembly workshop comprehensively applied the relevant theories of industrial engineering into practice.Based on its own research and development,it used machine vision to replace the traditional manual general assembly ZP7 online unmanned measurement equipment,so as to improve the work efficiency and help improve the qualification rate of the whole process to 80%.The voice smart screen system was built to solve the on-site quality and production problems.The system opened up the output and quality information flow,and applied the voice recognition and synthesis technology to the on-site equipment for the first time,effectively improving the efficiency of information transmission.FIS-eQS independent secondary development was given,the system most needed by the workshop was formulated,the qualification rate of the whole process of the workshop was comprehensively improved,the quality management was improved.Based on the agile management and control system of station greening in the whole process of quality control of General Assembly discipline,the man-machine,material and method environment related to workshop quality is comprehensively monitored and the quality is improved.
