摘要
失智照护者缺乏专业知识技能,专业网络资源可以为居家照护者提供支持服务。而调查显示家庭照护者多为老年人,文章通过分析老年人视觉、记忆力与情绪特征的变化,探索面向老年用户的交互界面设计需求,提出基于老年人认知特性的失智照护辅助工具交互界面设计思路,通过设计面向失智照护群体的微信小程序,提升老年用户对界面的体验度,以期为后续研究移动端适老性设计提供一定的理论依据。
Dementia caregivers lack professional knowledge and skills,and professional network resources can provide support services for home caregivers.The survey shows that most of the family caregivers are the elderly.By analyzing the changes of the visual,memory and emotional characteristics of the elderly,this paper explores the special design requirements of the interactive interface for the elderly users,establishes the design idea of the interactive interface of the dementia care assistant tool based on the cognitive characteristics of the elderly,and designs and practices the wechat applet for the dementia care group,Improve the experience of elderly users on the interface,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the follow-up research on the aging design of mobile terminal.
