摘要
简要介绍了国内外市政公路桥梁现浇盖梁相关模板施工研究成果,总结归纳了型钢支架法、抱箍法和销棒法这3种目前常见的现浇盖梁模板体系。通过分析各模板体系受力承载体系确定了各工艺的关键施工要点,从适用对象、工艺复杂性、施工工期、地基要求、对墩柱破坏性等多方面分析比较各工艺的优缺点,并以实际项目为实例,根据不同环境因素和受力情况进行施工方案比选,设计满足施工需求的模板形式,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
This paper briefly introduces the research results of relevant formwork construction of cast-in-situ bent cap of municipal highway bridges at home and abroad,and summarizes three common cast-in-situ bent cap formwork systems:section steel support method,hoop method and pin bar method.By analyzing the stress bearing system of each formwork system,the key construction points of each process are determined.The advantages and disadvantages of each process are analyzed and compared from the aspects of applicable object,process complexity,construction period,foundation requirements and damage to pier columns.Taking the actual project as an example,the construction schemes are compared and selected according to different environmental factors and stress conditions,the formwork form meeting the construction requirements is designed to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
