新型调谐液态阻尼器技术在某超高层项目中的应用

摘要 为改善超高层塔楼的风振舒适度,降低结构水平荷载,缓解结构疲劳,延长建筑使用寿命,超高层减振阻尼器的使用案例日趋增多。某超高层项目团队经过综合分析、试验验证、综合比选,最终采用新型调谐阻尼器(TSD)应用技术。此技术属于在国内超高层建筑中首次使用,创新地将阻尼器和消防水箱功能合二为一,利用平时闲置的消防水箱,对其进行设计以达到减振的目的。该技术在某超高层项目中成功应用,为同类工程提供了宝贵的理论和实践经验。 In order to improve the wind-induced vibration comfort of super high-rise towers, reduce the horizontal load of structures, alleviate structural fatigue and prolong the service life of buildings, the use cases of super high-rise vibration damper are increasing. After comprehensive analysis, test verification and comprehensive comparison, a super high-rise project team finally adopted the application technology of new tuned damper(TSD). This technology is used for the first time in domestic super high-rise buildings. It innovatively combines the functions of damper and fire water tank, and uses the normally idle fire water tank to design it to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction. The successful application of this technology in a super high-rise project provides valuable theoretical and practical experience for similar projects.
