摘要
针对目前我国建设项目环境影响评价中存在的使用技术规范和依据模式化,影响评价分析不精准和不全面,公众参与性不强、环保意识较弱,建设项目监理监督职责不到位等问题,结合实际工作经验,提出了相应的建议和措施。
With the development of economic construction and the advancement of urbanization,the number of construction projects is increasing rapidly in China,and the scale is becoming larger and larger.The degree of impact on environment is also increasing.Therefore,how to comprehensively and accurately evaluate the environmental impact of construction projects is particularly important.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes some problems and relevant risk factors existing in the environmental impact assessment of construction projects in China,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures according to the author's work practice and project experience,which expect to provide some reference for the environmental impact assessment of construction projects.
