基于加权计分的工业产品设计方案评价方法

摘要 通过研究加权计分原理结合产品设计过程的产品设计研发要素,将产品设计过程的各项指标要素结合到基于加权计分原理的数学模型当中。具体在产品方案设计过程中的设计要素列出产品各项评价内容,分析出各项评价指标并制定具体的数值,比较各项指标的重要程度并设置加权系数,建立数学模型,最终得出科学的测评程序及计算方法,解出方案的评价总分。通过此方法既明确了产品设计过程中的研发重点,同时可以定量得出产品设计方案的客观评价指标数据,为比较不同的设计方案及方案的选择上提供客观的选择依据。在解决工业产品方案设计的过程中,明确产品技术的可行性、性能的先进性、经济的合理性等各项功能及指标要素,能较为简单并科学合理地进行量化分析与评价。该方法提升产品的设计质量,明确了产品研发的突破重点,促使工业产品的设计方案能更有效、可靠地实现客户的期望和市场的需求。 The index elements of product design process are combined with the mathematical model based on the weighted scoring principle by studying the product design and r&d elements in the process of product design. Specific in the process of product design design elements listed the product evaluation content analysis of the evaluation indicators and formulate specific values, the importance of the comparison of indicators set the weighting coefficient, the establishment of mathematical model, and finally come to the scientific evaluation procedures and calculation methods, to solve the evaluation total score of the program. Through the method, the research and development focus in the process of product design could be clarified and the objective evaluation index data of product design scheme could be obtained quantitatively, which provided objective selection basis for comparing different design schemes and scheme selection. Therefore, the aims to solve the industrial product design process, clear product technology feasibility, advanced performance, economic rationality and other functions and index elements, could be relatively simple and scientific and reasonable quantitative analysis and evaluation. The method improves the design quality of products, defines the breakthrough focus of product research and development, and promotes the design scheme of industrial products to more effectively and reliably meet the expectations of customers and the needs of the market.
